This was another of my digital experiments from the mid-90s (see a couple of posts below.) This was also done in Photoshop, I think, using some kind of graphics tablet & Kai’s Power Tools, which I was rather fond of at the time. The main problem with Kai’s Power Tools (a plug in set of filters for Photoshop & similar programs) was that they had a very strong signature style, that tended to overwhelm whatever it was that you were working on. I think I managed to use them quite sparingly in this little piece — it somehow looks like a fresco that was done centuries ago & distressed by the elements over time…
