Illustrations from Love, War, Fire, Wind

Below are some of the brush & ink illstrations I did for a book of Eliot Katz’s poetry (& some prose) entitled: Love, War, Fire, Wind: Looking Out from North America’s Skull. The latter part of the title refers to a mountain in Canada that Eliot refers to as “North America’s Skull,” to clear up any confusion. The drawings were all done in 2008.

To see how these images go with the poems, you’ll probably have to buy the book (you can get it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) There are 50-60 drawings in it, plus I did the cover painting. You can also check out the preview page on my own web site.
